LocalVPS Beta License

Effective: Beta period
License type: Non-exclusive, revocable, limited

Purpose

This license allows developers to evaluate and experiment with the LocalVPS SDK during its beta phase.

Permitted Use

You may use the LocalVPS SDK for:

• Prototypes
• Experiments
• Technical evaluation
• Research and educational use
• Internal testing
• Demos and pilot deployments

Production use is permitted at your own risk.

Commercial / Revenue-Generating Use

Commercial or revenue-generating use is NOT permitted under this license.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

• Paid applications or services
• Grant-funded, sponsored, or institutionally funded projects
• Client work, agency work, or commissioned deployments
• Any use where the SDK contributes to financial compensation

If you are unsure whether your use case is considered commercial, please contact us.

Platform Restriction

The SDK may not be used to build, operate, or power:

• AR platforms
• Experience portals
• Marketplaces
• Distribution services
• SDKs or frameworks for third parties

This restriction applies regardless of whether the platform is free or paid.

Limitations & Disclaimer

• The SDK is provided “as is”
• APIs and behavior may change at any time
• No guarantees of accuracy (expected range ~5–20 cm depending on conditions)
• No service-level agreements, uptime guarantees, or support obligations
• No warranties of any kind

Redistribution

You may not redistribute, sublicense, or bundle the SDK or any of its components.

Termination

This license may be terminated at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the SDK.

Ownership

The SDK remains the property of Pavel Langweil, operating under the name OthersideAR.
